The clients name is located in the upper-left corner functions as the client's unique identifier.

This identifier is crucial during the enrollment process to guarantee precise content playback.

Capture a desktop screenshot clearly displaying this identifier using a phone and send the picture to our email at "support@mediavisiongroup.zendesk.com".

Additionally, include information in the email about the client's location, the corresponding customer, and your contact details (phone and email). Providing this information ensures that we can configure everything accurately.

Next, on the desktop lets establish an internet connection:

To establish a connection to the internet, locate the button in the bottom-right corner. Connect the client to either Wi-Fi or Ethernet. If using an Ethernet (cable) connection, the client will be automatically linked. Cable connections take precedence over Wi-Fi.

Test internet connection:

Whether you use Wi-Fi or a cable, you can test the internet connection. This can be easily accomplished by pressing "Ctrl-Alt-C," then in the console, type "ping google.se." If you receive a reply, we can confirm that the internet is functional.

It's essential to be aware that for other network-related issues, we recommend utilizing our network checker program. Occasionally, routers, firewalls, proxies, and other components may obstruct specific traffic.

If you dont get a reploy then contact the provider responsible for the internet connection.
